The Kee Kee Hawks basketball team (Lansing, IA), dropped 61-50 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Crestwood Cadets (Cresco, IA)
The Cadets now possess a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Charles City for a Northeast Iowa battle on Tuesday, January 17. Crestwood will battle a Comets team coming off a 78-69 league win over Decorah-North Winneshiek (Decorah, IA). The Comets record now stands at 8-6.
The Kee Hawks (3-9) will now prepare for their battle against North Fayette Valley (West Union, IA). The come into the Upper Iowa battle with a 6-4 record. In their last battle, North Fayette Valley beat Clayton-Ridge (Guttenburg, IA), 44-43, in a league battle.
