Defiance Bulldogs (Defiance, OH) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Fairview Apaches (Sherwood, OH), 70-27 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Defiance upgrades its record to 12-1 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Archbold (Archbold, OH) to play the Blue Streaks in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Blue Streaks come into the bout with a record of 8-4. Archbold won 51-44 in their recent league bout against Liberty Center (Liberty Center, OH)

Next up, the Apaches play the Bryan Golden Bears (Bryan, OH) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 21. Fairview will attempt to upgrade on its 1-11 season record.
