The Gold Beach Panthers (Gold Beach, OR) basketball crushed the visiting Toledo Boomers (Toledo, OR), 93-33 in Saturday's league test.
The Panthers (13-3) will now prepare for their test against Reedsport (Reedsport, OR). The go into the 2A Valley Coast test with a 1-11 record. In their last test, Reedsport was trounced by Central Linn (Halsey, OR), 61-26, in a league test.
The Boomers now own a 1-13 record. They play next when they host Central Linn for a 2A Valley Coast test on Tuesday, January 17. Toledo will encounter a Cobras squad coming off a 61-26 league win over Reedsport (Reedsport, OR). The Cobras record now stands at 9-6.
