In Saturday's non-league outing, the McLean County Cougars (Calhoun, KY) basketball squad beat the host Grayson County Cougars (Leitchfield, KY), by a margin of 63-49.
The Cougars (10-4) will now prepare for their outing against Edmonson County (Brownsville, KY). The Wildcats go into the non-league outing with a 7-4 record.
The Cougars now own a 5-11 record. They play next when they host Trinity for a District 12 outing on Friday, January 20. Grayson County will clash with a Raiders squad coming off a 64-53 non-league loss to Hancock County (Lewisport, KY). The Raiders record now stands at 8-6.
