Nebraska High School Basketball - Johnson County Central ripped by Johnson-Brock

The Johnson-Brock Eagles basketball team scored 60 points and held the visiting Johnson County Central Thunderbirds to 32 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Eagles now sport a 10-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lewiston for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 17. Johnson-Brock will meet a Tigers team coming off a 43-40 non-league win over Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer (Humboldt, NE). The Tigers record now stands at 6-5.

The Thunderbirds (6-7) will now prepare for their contest against Weeping Water (Weeping Water, NE). The Indians enter the non-league contest with a 2-9 record. In their last contest, Weeping Water triumphed over Lourdes Central Catholic (Nebraska City, NE), 45-43, in a league contest.
