In Saturday's non-league outing, the Muskegon Big Reds (Muskegon, MI) basketball squad edged the host Lincoln Abes (Warren, MI), by a count of 50-45.
The Big Reds (8-0) will now prepare for their outing against Union (Grand Rapids, MI). The Red Hawks go into the Ottawa-Kent - Green outing with a 5-2 record. In their last outing, Union held off Mona Shores (Norton Shores, MI), 65-54, in a league outing.
