In Saturday's non-league outing, the Lincoln Hornets (San Diego, CA) basketball squad felled the visiting Scripps Ranch Falcons (San Diego, CA), by a margin of 58-49.
The Hornets (18-2) will now prepare for their outing against Christian (El Cajon, CA). The Patriots go into the City outing with a 9-11 record. In their last outing, Christian was beaten by Sage Creek (Carlsbad, CA), 48-43, in a non-league outing.
The Falcons now own a 10-9 record. They play next when they host Coronado for a Eastern outing on Friday, January 20.
