The Max Cossacks (Max, ND) basketball knocked off the visiting Richardton-Taylor Raiders (Richardton, ND), 59-51 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Cossacks (1-5) will now prepare for their test against Standing Rock (Fort Yates, ND). The Warriors go into the B Region 5 test with a 3-1 record.
The Raiders now own a 0-7 record. They play next when they travel to Solen for a non-league test on Monday, January 16. Richardton-Taylor will encounter a Sioux squad coming off a 107-14 non-league loss to Pine Ridge (Pine Ridge, SD). The Sioux record now stands at 0-2.
