The Nashville Central Christian Warriors (Nashville, TN) basketball nipped the visiting Middle Tennessee Christian Cougars (Murfreesboro, TN), 52-50 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Warriors (13-5) will now prepare for their test against Western Kentucky HomeSchool (Bowling Green, KY). The Trailblazers go into the Mid South HomeSchool test with a 4-6 record. In their last test, Western Kentucky HomeSchool got by Covenant Christian Academy (Huntsville, AL), 60-50, in a league test.
The Cougars now own a 3-14 record. They play next when they travel to Columbia Academy for a Division II-A Middle District 3 test on Tuesday, January 17. Middle Tennessee Christian will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 62-49 league win over Providence Christian Academy (Murfreesboro, TN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 14-3.
