Nebraska High School Basketball - Milford fells Thayer Central

January 14, 2023: Milford, NE 68405

Milford Eagles (Milford, NE) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Thayer Central Titans (Hebron, NE), 51-39 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Milford upgrades its record to 6-7 on the season. The Eagles travel to Lakeview (Columbus, NE) to play the Vikings in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 4-10. Lakeview won 44-38 in their recent non-league bout against Aquinas (David City, NE)

Next up, the Titans play the Friend Bulldogs (Friend, NE) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Thayer Central will attempt to upgrade on its 6-6 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 8-4 record after their 70-44 non-league loss to Osceola (Osceola, NE).
