Neuqua Valley Wildcats (Naperville, IL) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Woodstock North Thunder (Woodstock, IL), 63-33 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Neuqua Valley upgrades its record to 15-4 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Central (Burlington, IL) to play the Rockets in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 14. The Rockets come into the bout with a record of 15-3. Central won 77-66 in their recent non-league bout against Woodstock North (Woodstock, IL)

Next up, the Thunder play the Johnsburg Skyhawks (Johnsburg, IL) in a Kishwaukee River bout, on Wednesday, January 18. Woodstock North will attempt to upgrade on its 9-10 season record. The Skyhawks come into the bout with a 9-11 record after their 58-45 non-league loss to Galena (Galena, IL).
