In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Red Lake Warriors basketball team scored a good 105-97 triumph over the North Woods grizzlies.
In their next game, the Warriors meet the Mahnomen/Waubun Thunderbirds (Mahnomen, MN) in a non-league match, on Monday, January 16. Red Lake will attempt to better on its 8-3 season record. The Thunderbirds enter the match with a 6-5 record after their 55-50 non-league loss to Norman County East/Ulen-Hitterdal (Twin Valley, MN).
