In Saturday's non-league match, the host Westfield Blue Devils basketball team scored a good 50-39 triumph over the Oratory Prep Rams.
In their next game, the Blue Devils meet the Union Catholic Vikings (Scotch Plains, NJ) in a Mountain Valley - Mountain match, on Sunday, January 15. Westfield will attempt to better on its 8-4 season record.
With the defeat, Oratory Prep moves to 5-6 on the year. The Rams host Hillside (Hillside, NJ) to meet the Comets in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 17. The Comets enter the match with a record of 3-6.
