The Peotone Blue Devils (Peotone, IL) basketball knocked off the visiting Westmont Sentinels (Westmont, IL), 47-37 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Blue Devils (10-8) will now prepare for their test against Coal City (Coal City, IL). The Coalers go into the Illinois Central 8 test with a 6-12 record. In their last test, Coal City went down by Lisle (Lisle, IL), 62-50, in a league test.

The Sentinels now own a 7-12 record. They play next when they travel to IC Catholic Prep for a Metro Suburban test on Tuesday, January 17. Westmont will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 67-56 league win over Aurora Christian (Aurora, IL). The Knights record now stands at 13-5.
