The Salesian Mustangs (Los Angeles, CA) basketball knocked off the host Huntington Park Spartans (Huntington Park, CA), 57-37 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Mustangs (5-6) will now prepare for their test against La Salle (Pasadena, CA). The Lancers go into the test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, La Salle notched a victory over Cathedral (Los Angeles, CA), 54-43, in a league test.

The Spartans now sport a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host South Gate for a contest on Monday, January 30.
