In Saturday's non-league outing, the Los Alamos Hilltoppers (Los Alamos, NM) basketball squad edged the host Bosque Bobcats (Albuquerque, NM), by a count of 1-0.
The Hilltoppers (9-6) will now prepare for their outing against Rio Rancho (Rio Rancho, NM). The Rams go into the non-league outing with a 8-8 record. In their last outing, Rio Rancho was tipped by Roswell (Roswell, NM), 51-40, in a non-league outing.
The Bobcats now hold a 0-13 record. They play next when they travel to East Mountain for a 3A District 5 outing on Tuesday, January 17. Bosque will clash with a Timberwolves squad coming off a 58-12 non-league loss to St. Michael's (Santa Fe, NM). The Timberwolves record now stands at 2-14.
