Colorado High School Basketball - Chaparral crushes Hinkley

Chaparral Wolverines (Parker, CO) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Hinkley Thunderbirds (Aurora, CO), 80-12 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Chaparral upgrades its record to 5-8 on the season. The Wolverines travel to Castle View (Castle Rock, CO) to clash with the Sabercats in a 6A/5A Continental bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Sabercats go into the bout with a record of 5-8. Castle View lost 52-32 in their recent non-league bout against Fossil Ridge (Fort Collins, CO)

Next up, the Thunderbirds clash with the Denver West Cowboys (Denver, CO) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Hinkley will attempt to upgrade on its 2-9 season record. The Cowboys go into the bout with a 6-3 record after their 44-39 non-league loss to Manual (Denver, CO).
