The Chicago Christian Knights basketball team (Palos Heights, IL), was nudged 34-33 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Walther Christian Academy Broncos (Melrose Park, IL)
The Broncos now possess a 7-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Senn for a non-league battle on Monday, January 16. Walther Christian Academy will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 33-23 league loss to Ogden International (Chicago, IL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-6.
The Knights (7-13) will now prepare for their battle against St. Edward (Elgin, IL). The Green Wave come into the Metro Suburban battle with a 5-17 record. In their last battle, St. Edward was nudged by Harvest Christian Academy (Elgin, IL), 55-44, in a non-league battle.
