St. Charles North North Stars (St. Charles, IL) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Conant Cougars (Hoffman Estates, IL), 67-20 in a non-league bout.

With the win, St. Charles North upgrades its record to 16-4 on the season. The North Stars travel to Lake Zurich (Lake Zurich, IL) to clash with the Bears in a non-league bout on Monday, January 16. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 17-3. Lake Zurich won 54-50 in their recent non-league bout against Glenbrook South (Glenview, IL)

Next up, the Cougars clash with the St. Francis Spartans (Wheaton, IL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 16. Conant will attempt to upgrade on its 7-10 season record. The Spartans go into the bout with a 14-7 record after their 42-38 non-league win over St. Laurence (Burbank, IL).
