In Saturday's non-league match, the host Evergreen Vikings basketball team scored a good 49-41 triumph over the Edgerton Bulldogs.
In their next game, the Vikings meet the Wauseon Indians (Wauseon, OH) in a Northwest Ohio match, on Thursday, January 19. Evergreen will attempt to better on its 9-6 season record.
With the defeat, Edgerton moves to 2-11 on the year. The Bulldogs host Wayne Trace (Haviland, OH) to meet the Raiders in a Green Meadows match on Thursday, January 26. The Raiders enter the match with a record of 6-7.
