Rumson-Fair Haven Bulldogs (Rumson, NJ) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Franklin Warriors (Somerset, NJ), 57-51 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Rumson-Fair Haven upgrades its record to 6-6 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Colts Neck (Colts Neck, NJ) to play the Cougars in a Shore A - Central bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 5-6. Colts Neck lost 68-35 in their recent non-league bout against Hightstown (Hightstown, NJ)

Next up, the Warriors play the Bridgewater-Raritan Panthers (Bridgewater, NJ) in a Skyland - Delaware East bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Franklin will attempt to upgrade on its 4-7 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 1-10 record after their 42-35 non-league loss to Voorhees (Glen Gardner, NJ).
