Nebraska High School Basketball - Wauneta-Palisade over Garden County

Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Wauneta-Palisade Broncos (Wauneta, NE) and the visiting Garden County Eagles (Oshkosh, NE), saw Wauneta-Palisade's basketball squad overcome Garden County by a tally of 55-39.

With the victory, Wauneta-Palisade improves its record to 8-5 on the campaign. The Broncos host Paxton (Paxton, NE) to confront the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 19. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 9-2.

Next up, the Eagles confront the Potter-Dix Coyotes (Potter, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 16. Garden County will attempt to improve on its 5-4 season record. The Coyotes come into the challenge with a 3-7 record after their 57-42 non-league loss to Hay Springs (Hay Springs, NE).
