In Saturday's non-league outing, the Lighthouse Christian Lions (Twin Falls, ID) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Wells Leopards (Wells, NV), by a margin of 43-19.
The Lions (8-5) will now prepare for their outing against Shoshone (Shoshone, ID). The Indians go into the 1A Snake River outing with a 12-4 record. In their last outing, Shoshone smashed Glenns Ferry (Glenns Ferry, ID), 47-34, in a league outing.
The Leopards now own a 7-8 record. They play next when they host Wendover for a non-league outing on Thursday, January 19. Wells will clash with a Wildcats squad coming off a 62-16 non-league win over Rowland Hall (Salt Lake City, UT). The Wildcats record now stands at 13-1.
