In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Montesano Bulldogs basketball team scored a tight 57-52 triumph over the White River Hornets.
In their next game, the Bulldogs meet the Hoquiam Grizzlies (Hoquiam, WA) in a 1A Evergreen match, on Tuesday, January 17. Montesano will attempt to better on its 11-3 season record. The Grizzlies enter the match with a 8-5 record after their 53-42 non-league win over Black Hills (Tumwater, WA).
