Ohio High School Basketball - Salem trounces West Geauga

The Salem Quakers (Salem, OH) basketball crushed the visiting West Geauga Wolverines (Chesterland, OH), 40-19 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Quakers (13-2) will now prepare for their test against Carrollton (Carrollton, OH). The Warriors go into the Eastern Buckeye test with a 10-5 record. In their last test, Carrollton was trounced by Indian Creek (Wintersville, OH), 55-51, in a non-league test.
The Wolverines now own a 10-5 record. They play next when they travel to Hawken for a Chagrin Valley - Chagrin test on Wednesday, January 18. West Geauga will encounter a Hawks squad coming off a 41-18 non-league win over Cornerstone Christian (Willoughby, OH). The Hawks record now stands at 8-7.
