The Coventry Oakers the host St. Raphael Academy Saints ice hockey squad by a tally of 6-4 in Saturday's league bout.
With the victory, Coventry betters its record to 2-5 on the campaign. The Oakers travel to Cranston West (Cranston, RI) to confront the Falcons in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 18. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 1-4. Cranston West lost 5-1 in their recent non-league bout against Chariho (Wood River Junction, RI)
The Saints now have a 0-8 record. They take the field next when they host Portsmouth for a Division 2 bout on Saturday, January 21. St. Raphael Academy will confront a Patriots squad coming off a 1-1 league Rogers (Newport, RI). The Patriots record now stands at 5-2.
