In Saturday's non-league outing, the Guilford Vikings (Rockford, IL) basketball squad felled the visiting Thornton Fractional South Red Wolves (Lansing, IL), by a margin of 58-48.
The Vikings (2-0) will now prepare for their outing against Harlem (Machesney Park, IL). The Huskies go into the outing with a 9-9 record.
The Red Wolves now own a 8-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Maine South for a non-league match on Saturday, January 14.
