Upper Dublin Cardinals (Fort Washington, PA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Holy Ghost Prep Firebirds (Bensalem, PA), 60-46 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Upper Dublin upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Cardinals host Hatboro-Horsham (Horsham, PA) to play the Hatters in a bout on Tuesday, February 7. The Hatters go into the bout with a record of 8-4.

Next up, the Firebirds play the Radnor Raptors (Radnor, PA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Holy Ghost Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 9-5 season record.
