The Los Alamos Hilltoppers (Los Alamos, NM) basketball knocked off the visiting Miyamura Patriots (Gallup, NM), 58-39 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Hilltoppers (5-5) will now prepare for their test against Moriarty (Moriarty, NM). The Pintos go into the non-league test with a 1-5 record.
The Patriots now own a 2-2 record. They play next when they host Kirtland Central for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 17. Miyamura will encounter a Broncos squad coming off a 47-37 non-league win over Thoreau (Thoreau, NM). The Broncos record now stands at 2-1.
