Next, the Roughnecks confront the Calhoun Sandcrabs (Port Lavaca, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 19. Columbia will attempt to better on its 3-3 season record. The Sandcrabs enter the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 3-3 non-league Floresville (Floresville, TX).

The Falcons now have a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Barbers Hill for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 17. Hargrave will confront a Eagles team coming off a 1-1 non-league Clear Brook (Friendswood, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 2-2.
