In Sunday's non-league match, the visiting Imhotep Charter Panthers basketball team scored a good 58-41 triumph over the DeMatha Stags.
In their next game, the Panthers meet the Abraham Lincoln Railsplitters (Philadelphia, PA) in a Philadelphia Public - Independence match, on Tuesday, January 16. Imhotep Charter will attempt to move on its 11-2 season record. The Railsplitters enter the match with a 4-8 record after their 59-50 league loss to Overbrook (Philadelphia, PA).
With the defeat, DeMatha moves to 15-4 on the year. The Stags host Archbishop Carroll (Washington, DC) to meet the Lions in a DCSAA AA match on Friday, January 19. The Lions enter the match with a record of 11-6.
