The Marysville Monarchs basketball team scored 62 points and held the host Butler Bears to 37 in the Monarchs non-league triumph on Sunday.
The Monarchs now sport a 12-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Varsity Opponent for a non-league contest on Monday, January 15. Marysville will meet a team coming off a 46-45 non-league win over St. Vincent-St. Mary (Akron, OH). The record now stands at 83-310.
The Bears (10-6) will now prepare for their contest against Eastern (Louisville, KY). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 3-6 record.
