Cardinal Ritter College Prep Lions (St. Louis, MO) backers were in high spirits Sunday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Colonie Central Raiders (Albany, NY), 52-40 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Cardinal Ritter College Prep upgrades its record to 11-2 on the season. The Lions host St. Francis Borgia (Washington, MO) to play the Knights in a AAA bout on Monday, January 15. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 5-5. St. Francis Borgia lost 40-36 in their recent non-league bout against Jefferson City (Jefferson City, MO)

Next up, the Raiders play the Schenectady Patriots (Schenectady, NY) in a Section 2 Suburban bout, on Friday, January 19. Colonie Central will attempt to upgrade on its 7-7 season record. The Patriots go into the bout with a 0-9 record after their 55-37 league loss to Troy (Troy, NY).
