In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Blair Bears basketball team scored a close 58-53 triumph over the Gretna Dragons.

The Bears (5-5) will now prepare for their contest against Norris (Firth, NE). The Titans go into the non-league contest with a 11-1 record. In their last contest, Norris nipped Gretna East (Gretna, NE), 54-51, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Dragons battle the Omaha North Vikings (Omaha, NE) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, January 16. Gretna will attempt to better on its 5-7 season record. The Vikings go into the contest with a 3-6 record after their 83-68 league loss to Millard South (Omaha, NE).
