The Dirigo Cougars defeated the visiting Oak Hill Raiders basketball squad by a final score of 54-45 in Tuesday's non-league outing.
Next, the Cougars clash with the Mountain Valley Falcons (Rumford, ME) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, January 16. Dirigo will attempt to upgrade on its 7-6 season record. The Falcons come into the outing with a 3-11 record after their 37-34 non-league win over Boothbay (Boothbay Harbor, ME).
The Raiders (3-9) will now prepare for their outing against Madison (Madison, ME). The Bulldogs come into the non-league outing with a 6-5 record. In their last outing, Madison went down by Hall-Dale (Farmingdale, ME), 47-45, in a league outing.
