The Fenwick Friars (Oak Park, IL) basketball crushed the visiting St. Francis Spartans (Wheaton, IL), 57-34 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Friars now possess a 14-4 record. They play next when they host Loyola Academy for a Chicago Catholic - Blue bout on Friday, January 17. Fenwick will play a Ramblers team coming off a 55-17 non-league win over Aurora Central Catholic (Aurora, IL). The Ramblers record now stands at 15-5.
With the loss, St. Francis falls to 7-11 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Wheaton Academy (West Chicago, IL) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 16. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 10-4. Wheaton Academy lost 56-54 in their recent non-league bout against Niles Notre Dame (Niles, IL)
