The Glen Lake Lakers (Maple City, MI) basketball edged the host Sacred Heart Academy Irish (Mt. Pleasant, MI), 90-85 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Lakers now possess a 8-1 record. They play next when they host Benzie Central for a Northwest bout on Friday, January 17.

With the loss, Sacred Heart Academy falls to 11-1 on the campaign. The Irish travel to Ashley (Ashley, MI) to play the Bears in a Mid-State bout on Friday, January 17.
