Louisiana High School Basketball - Sacred Heart nips Hackberry

In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Sacred Heart Trojans basketball team scored a close 51-48 triumph over the Hackberry Mustangs.
The Trojans (7-10) will now prepare for their contest against St. Joseph's - Plaucheville (Plaucheville, LA). The Eagles go into the non-league contest with a 16-17 record. In their last contest, St. Joseph's - Plaucheville was tipped by Pitkin (Pitkin, LA), 82-20, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Mustangs battle the Starks Panthers (Starks, LA) in a C District 5 contest, on Thursday, January 16. Hackberry will attempt to better on its 15-13 season record. The Panthers go into the contest with a 16-6 record after their 73-65 league win over Singer (Singer, LA).
