The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Peninsula Catholic Knights (Newport News, VA) and the visiting Hampton Roads Academy Navigators (Newport News, VA), observed Peninsula Catholic's basketball team overwhelm Hampton Roads Academy by a score of 79-29.

The Knights (11-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Norfolk Christian (Norfolk, VA). The Ambassadors come into the VISAA Division II challenge with a 7-5 record. In their last challenge, Norfolk Christian was routed by Nansemond-Suffolk Academy (Suffolk, VA), 77-64, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Navigators battle the Walsingham Academy Trojans (Williamsburg, VA) in a VISAA Division III challenge, on Friday, January 17. Hampton Roads Academy will attempt to improve on its 5-3 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 4-8 record after their 73-48 league loss to Cape Henry Collegiate (Virginia Beach, VA).
