York Wildcats (York, ME) boosters exited the stadium content Tuesday as they observed their basketball squad get by the visiting Marshwood Hawks (South Berwick, ME), 49-45 in a non-league outing.
Next, the Wildcats clash with the Cape Elizabeth Capers (Cape Elizabeth, ME) in a B South outing, on Thursday, January 30. York will attempt to upgrade on its 13-0 season record.
The Hawks (7-6) will now prepare for their outing against Biddeford (Biddeford, ME). The Tigers come into the A South outing with a 7-5 record. In their last outing, Biddeford held off Bonny Eagle (Standish, ME), 63-40, in a non-league outing.
