The Omaha Central Eagles were victorious over the host Pius X Thunderbolts basketball squad by a final score of 61-46 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

Next, the Eagles clash with the Bellevue West Thunderbirds (Bellevue, NE) in a non-league outing, on Friday, January 17. Omaha Central will attempt to upgrade on its 7-5 season record. The Thunderbirds enter the outing with a 8-4 record after their 92-32 league win over Bryan (Omaha, NE).

The Thunderbolts (7-6) will now prepare for their outing against Papillion-LaVista (Papillion, NE). The Monarchs enter the non-league outing with a 6-7 record. In their last outing, Papillion-LaVista was defeated by Lincoln North Star (Lincoln, NE), 64-59, in a non-league outing.
