Penncrest Lions (Media, PA) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host Upper Darby Royals (Drexel Hill, PA), 47-32 in a league match.

With the victory, Penncrest advances its record to 14-0 on the year. The Lions host Garnet Valley (Glen Mills, PA) to meet the Jaguars in a Central match on Thursday, January 16. The Jaguars enter the match with a record of 12-3. Garnet Valley won 61-46 in their recent league match against Strath Haven (Wallingford, PA)

The Royals now own a 4-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Springfield for a Central match on Friday, January 17. Upper Darby will meet a Cougars squad coming off a 49-33 league win over Haverford (Havertown, PA). The Cougars record now stands at 11-3.
