In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Seward Bluejays basketball team scored a big 79-22 triumph over the Schuyler Warriors.
The Bluejays (4-8) will now prepare for their contest against Waverly (Waverly, NE). The Vikings go into the non-league contest with a 1-11 record. In their last contest, Waverly was trounced by Bennington (Bennington, NE), 85-41, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Warriors battle the West Point-Beemer Cadets (West Point, NE) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, January 16. Schuyler will attempt to better on its 0-11 season record. The Cadets go into the contest with a 9-4 record after their 77-61 non-league loss to Battle Creek (Battle Creek, NE).
