In Tuesday's league contest, the host Winton Woods Warriors basketball team scored a good 60-42 triumph over the Turpin Spartans.
The Warriors (8-1) will now prepare for their contest against Walnut Hills (Cincinnati, OH). The Eagles go into the Eastern Cincinnati contest with a 5-5 record. In their last contest, Walnut Hills topped West Clermont (Cincinnati, OH), 41-36, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Spartans confront the Lebanon Warriors (Lebanon, OH) in a Eastern Cincinnati contest, on Friday, January 17. Turpin will attempt to better on its 4-7 season record. The Warriors go into the contest with a 5-5 record after their 53-36 league loss to Little Miami (Morrow, OH).
