Skyline Coyotes (Mesa, AZ) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Browne Bruins (Phoenix, AZ), 44-42 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Skyline advances its record to 1-3 on the year. The Coyotes host Westwood (Mesa, AZ) to face the Warriors in a match on Tuesday, January 28. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 0-4.

The Bruins now own a 1-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Camelback for a match on Friday, January 17. Browne will face a Spartans squad coming off a 97-33 non-league loss to Basha (Chandler, AZ). The Spartans record now stands at 0-2.
