Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Boyertown holds off Upper Perkiomen

In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Boyertown Bears basketball team scored a close 45-40 triumph over the Upper Perkiomen Indians.

The Bears (7-7) will now prepare for their contest against Perkiomen Valley (Collegeville, PA). The Vikings go into the Pioneer contest with a 13-2 record. In their last contest, Perkiomen Valley nipped Norristown (Norristown, PA), 84-19, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Indians confront the Pope John Paul II (Royersford, PA) in a Pioneer contest, on Thursday, January 16. Upper Perkiomen will attempt to better on its 4-10 season record. The go into the contest with a 8-4 record after their 59-44 league loss to Methacton (Norristown, PA).
