Kansas High School Basketball - South Central toppled by Bucklin

Bucklin Red Aces (Bucklin, KS) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host South Central Timberwolves (Coldwater, KS), 59-49 in a league match.

With the victory, Bucklin upgrades its record to 6-3 on the year. The Red Aces host Meade (Meade, KS) to face the Buffaloes in a Southern Plains-Iroquois match on Friday, January 17. The Buffaloes enter the match with a record of 5-4. Meade lost 34-29 in their recent non-league match against Southwestern Heights (Kismet, KS)

The Timberwolves now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Satanta for a Southern Plains-Iroquois match on Friday, January 17. South Central will face a Indians squad coming off a 87-19 league loss to South Gray (Montezuma, KS). The Indians record now stands at 3-6.
