The Stafford Bulldogs (Stafford Springs, CT) basketball edged the visiting CREC [Computer Science and Engineering/Academy] Eagles (Enfield, CT), 40-38 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Bulldogs now possess a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Bridgeport International Academy/Academy of Aerospace and Engineering for a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 15.
With the loss, CREC [Computer Science and Engineering/Academy] falls to 6-2 on the campaign. The Eagles host Parish Hill (Chaplin, CT) to play the Pirates in a Capitol Region bout on Thursday, January 16. The Pirates go into the bout with a record of 4-4. Parish Hill lost 51-41 in their recent league bout against Academy of Science and Innovation (New Britain, CT)
