Kentucky High School Basketball - Greenwood holds off Ohio County

The Greenwood Gators basketball team scored 67 points and limited the host Ohio County Eagles to 60 in the Gators non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Gators now possess a 7-6 record. They play next when they travel to South Warren for a District 14 game on Friday, January 17. Greenwood will confront a Spartans team coming off a 71-39 non-league win over Glasgow (Glasgow, KY). The Spartans record now stands at 4-9.
With the loss, Ohio County falls to 6-6 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Madisonville-North Hopkins (Madisonville, KY) to confront the Maroons in a non-league game on Friday, January 17. The Maroons go into the game with a record of 5-5.
