In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Lower Moreland Lions basketball team scored a big 61-40 triumph over the Souderton Indians.
The Lions (9-6) will now prepare for their contest against Cheltenham (Wyncote, PA). The Panthers go into the Suburban One - Freedom contest with a 9-2 record.
In their next game, the Indians confront the Plymouth Whitemarsh Colonials (Plymouth Meeting, PA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 17. Souderton will attempt to better on its 6-4 season record. The Colonials go into the contest with a 8-6 record after their 48-45 non-league loss to Council Rock South (Holland, PA).
